Home Mental Health Youth & Family Open Access

Open Access

At times, immediate access to clinical care can make all the difference. That’s why we designed Open Access to offer our youth the peace of mind that comes from knowing help is available right when you need it.

We guarantee that you’ll be able to speak with a clinician within 24 hours of reaching out.

How It Works

Walk-In or Call to Begin Your Journey

Whether it’s a walk-in visit or a phone call, the process is streamlined. On your first contact, you’ll meet with a clinician for an initial evaluation. Together, you’ll co-determine the most effective and personalized route to health for you or your loved ones.

  • Walk-In: If you prefer a more direct approach, feel free to walk into our office at 548 SE Jackson Street in Roseburg. A clinician will be made available to conduct a comprehensive initial evaulation. The face-to-face meeting allows us to assess your healthcare needs accurately and begin crafting a personalized tratment plan tailored just for you or your loved ones.
  • Phone Calls: If you’re not able to visit in person or would rather initiate the process from home, simply give us a call at (541) 229-8934. One of our skilled clinicians will conduct the initial evaluation over the phone or schedule your follow-up call. This convenient option allows you to take the first steps towards personalized healthcare without having to leave your comfort zone.
